While LED technology has been around for years, it has seen tremendous advancements over the last few years in price, range of color temperatures, energy efficiency and design flexibility.  These key elements have brought the technology to greater acceptance into the mainstream.  After seeing the endless potential in LED technology, John Darland and Mark Benson secured various design patents, which has allowed them to enter the LED market with products never before seen in the industry.

Light Beam Industries will continue to develop new technologies, as well as engineering better lighting solutions using LED’s.  “There are no limitations to LED technology”, says Mark Benson, President of Light Beam Industries.  “LED’s can replace all forms of traditional lighting methods with brighter, more efficient, more durable and longer lasting characteristics.  We strive to focus on creating custom LED solutions, and look forward to working with clients that think outside of the box.”

What also sets LBI apart from its competitors is their ability to understand what they sell.  As a manufacturer and distributer the LBI staff has a working knowledge of LED technology.  Unlike many pass through distributors who only sell products built from various sources from around the world, LBI has an intimate knowledge of the technology it’s incorporating into its product line. “To be true to our clients and ourselves, it was important to build our company with employees who have a working knowledge of optics, physics, chemistry and electronics”, says John Darland, CEO of Light Beam Industries.  “Our engineering group inherently needs to be challenged with designing LED solutions that are new or better lighting products than what are currently on the market”.
