Micro Solstice Chandelier

Base Overview The Solstice Micro has a 365mm diameter ceiling upstand with 3 rings of holes to take the fibre optic tails. The number of holes in each ring is detailed in the table below. Note that in models with an integral lightsource, the upstand has a collar in the centre to allow the light source to be mounted.

Integral Lightsource Option

The integral lightsource option is suitable for use where no access is available above the ceiling to locate a separate light source unit. Powered by a 100W tungsten halogen lamp, this lightsource has a pre-installed 6 colour colourwheel and is supplied with a remote control unit to switch the colourwheel on and off.

External Lightsource Option

The Solstice can also be supplied with an external 100W tungsten halogen lightsource. This is suitable for use where access above the ceiling is available. The lightsource is pre-installed with a 6 colour colourwheel and can optionally be fitted with our Varicolour wheel which allows you to customise the colours to your own choice. The lightsource is supplied with a remote control unit which allows the colourwheel to be switched on or off.

The Solstice is available with varying tail lengths, which can be chosen from the options at the bottom of the page. The table below shows the lengths of each ring of tails, depending on the maximum length chosen. Ring 1 is the outermost ring, working inwards.
